UNIQA AD Skopje and UNIQA LIFE AD Skopje officially opened their new business premises and marked the successfully finished business year. At the event, in presence of eminent names from the insurance and banking sector, institutions and business collaborators and friends of both companies, the success and achievements of UNIQA on the Macedonian insurance market were presented. During the event, Avni Ponari \u2013 Chairman of the Supervisory Board of \u201cSigal Uniqa Group\u201d made a speech, and the Austrian ambassador in the country, His Excellency Dr. Georg Woutsas also expressed his satisfaction for Uniqa\u2019s successes. For the achieved successes also spoke the Directors of both insurance companies, Driton Azizi \u2013 General Manager of the Company for non-life insurance UNIQA AD Skopje and Aleksandra Shkembi Antovska \u2013 General Manager of the Company for life insurance UNIQA LIFE AD Skopje. Apart from that, the Insurance company UNIQA a.d. Skopje is in ownership of the leading Austrian insrnance company UNIQA Insurance Group. In Macedonia, UNIQA a.d. Skopje is legal and business successor of Sigal a.d. Skopje, which was founded as subsidiary by SIGAL Albania in 2004. It has been offering its products on the Macedonian insurance market since 2005. In June 2009, the Macedonian subsidiary of SIGAL UNIQA Insurance Group was rebranded\/reconstructed into UNIQA a.d. Skopje and continued to offer all forms of non-life insurance by selling them through its employees in sale, and the network of external collaborators \u2013 agents and brokers. On 26th May 2011, through the newly formed company UNIQA Life Macedonia, UNIQA entered the market of life insurance in Macedonia. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
