The energy crisis caused large problems in the everyday operation of the companies. Investments in efficient energy systems are needed in order to ease the problems and lower the costs. This show, through a wider analysis, we pay attention to the investments as a key factor which influence the success and development of the companies. Even during a time of crisis, the investing should not stop, in different segments, according to the estimates where investing is the most needed and which is the most profitable investment in this moment, which will influence the improvement of the operation. We see the justification of the investments during crisis through the example of the successful companies. The example of the company Rade Konchar TEP confirms that by making investments, the production increased. The companies must introduce green innovations and they need to also acquire experiences and cooperate with the academic and education community for bigger application. This will help in terms of making cooperation in the part of connecting the business, research centres and speciality schools. The economy request favourable business climate and decrease of the administrative procedures in order to invest in energy efficiency.<\/span><\/p>\n
