Nikos Galis
Nikos Galis, the Ironman, is considered one of the best shooters in Europe that ever played basketball, and one the greatest players of all time in the history international basketball of FIBA. In 1991, Galis was named as one of the 50 greatest players of FIBA. In 2007, he become inaugural member of FIBA Hall of Fame. Galis is not only a legendary shooter, he was also great playmaker and passer.

Borut Petric
Borut Petric is one of the greatest and best known swimmers on the Balkan Peninsula. Borut Petric (born on 28 December 1961 in Kranj) is a Slovenian swimmer who represented Yugoslavia. He was an athlete of the year in 1981 in Yugoslavia.
He began swimming at 8 years old, and then switched to water polo, and returned to swimming at 11 years old.
Petric participated at the Olympic Games three times.
He was recorder in Slovenia on different distances, in short and long courses. Some of his records were held for more than 20 years.
Zoran Kalinic
Zoran Kalinic (born on 20 July 1958 in Subotica, Yugoslavia) is a former Yugoslavian Ping-Pong player. He is a world champion and two time European champion in couples.
Kalinic won the Balkan championship four times in singles (1980, 1982, 1983, 1985), three times in couples (1979, 1982, 1991), five time in mixed couples (1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1985).
In 1976 he become junior European champion in singles and mixed couples (with Erzsebet Palatinus) in Mödling, Austria. He participated in seven European championships between 1980 and 1996. In 1982 and 1984 he won couples with his fellow countryman Dragutin Shurbek. He repeated this success in 1994 with his fellow Greek Kalinikos Kreanga.
