PROCREDIT BANK – Prices of Banking Services

Banks made changes in the placement of services during the pandemic. Almost all banks have increased the promotion of the use of electronic services and said that they have an increase in the number of transactions through online channels, compared to the traditional way of operation, which they practiced more in the period before the pandemic.

In the banking system, there is only one bank, which is a fully digital bank since 2015, and that bank is ProCredit Bank. Therefore, in the feature we make an analysis of the situation as a result of the experience of the first digital bank, in terms of using electronic service from a bank, terms of use and prices, the digitalization processes and their positive impact on operations and customer service. At the same time, in the feature we talk about the impact of prices, i.e. whether the use of digital service means higher price, i.e. higher commissions as a result of the investments made by the Bank, as well as the acceptance of modern technology and digital services by customers, then the savings for customers, because the Bank has been practicing this way of operation since 2015 with a motive to build a simple concept of operation based on digital services.
