FUNCTIONAL COOKIES 4U – MACEDONIAN INNOVATIVE STORY

The new line of functional cookies from the 4U brand was presented at the Fund for Innovation and Technological Development (FITD) in Skopje. These are the first cookies of Macedonian production, which have positive effect on the metabolism, as well as on overall human health. The motivation for this project is stimulated from the need to expand the product range and with that the diversification of the risk, as well as following the world trends in the industry. It is about developing a sweet assortment of functional cookies with active ingredients included, which are part of a balanced and healthy diet. Developing the line of healthy cookies 4U is excellent example for the good functioning of the science – production union, with goal of creating food of the future. It will satisfy the modern requirements and needs of the consumers in the Macedonian and foreign market. The tendency is for this kind of products to be easily available in the pharmacies, health food stores and other specialized shops. The beneficiaries of this functional food will be the population between 30 and 60 years, educated and hardworking people, career-oriented people that consume snacks on the go, people that take care of their health and look.
