Last year was marked with the struggle to maintain liquidity, providing finances, overcoming problems with production, the markets, competition, increased prices of raw materials, increased production costs, energy crisis, all as a consequence of the pandemic. In such an environment, during the year, in the show through several topics, we asked for opinions from company owners and managers, management consultants, personal and professional development coaches, educators, manufacturers, traders, from several industries, in order to show and analyse the situation. We also shared successful stories of our small manufacturers, which step bravely in the entrepreneurship waters and are facing with all the challenges, supported by organizations and foreign donors.
