The need for educating managers for domestic and foreign companies in Macedonia is evident. As a result of the done research and the new innovative ideas, such institution was established that shall fill in the segment of specialized management education. The vision to offer education to the managers in order to develop skills through qualitative educational programmes, improving technical knowledge, acceleration programs and activities for research and development brought in our region the first Academy for Executive Managers in Vinica, developed under the patronship of the company MAKPROGRES, EBRD London and the Government of Japan. The Academy of Executive Managers is part of the Foundation “PROGRESIV AKADEMIJA” Vinica, established by the company MAKPROGRES. The Academy’s aim is to provide development of business leaders by utilizing the latest world trends and knowledge in the area of management.
