Macedonian modern art can be proud of the name and work of Spase Kunovski, who increasingly confirms his place under the arch of Macedonian culture and art history. He is one of the few surrealist-minded figures to explore this style his entire life, without major leaps and following the trends coming from the world across Yugoslavia at the time. In this style he has managed to find his base for bringing to light all the subconscious ideas, memories, fears, understandings of the world once and now, certainly offering a specific reminder of the world of tomorrow.
