JAZZ CONCERTS -IMAGINARY FOLKLORE

Imaginary Folklore is a cosmopolitan mix of three powerful musical figures from Argentina, Italy and Macedonia. Borrowing idioms and forms from the jazz, the Ethiopian and Ghanaian music, traditional and contemporary classics, Balkan and South American music – Imaginary Folklore’s music represents the transfer between continents, cultures and people around the world. All of this is included in their interaction, the original compositions and arrangements. The band includes Leo Genovese (piano, electronics, saxophone, percussion and vocals), Francesco Marococci (contrabass, percussion and vocals) and Aleksandar Petrov (percussion and vocals).
